The role of the Board of Directors is to ensure Community Healthcaring Kitchener-Waterloo is true to its mission, and support our long term success in meeting the needs of our community.
The Strategic Plan is a road map to focus on our desired future and guide the Health Centre in its decision making and use of resources. Clients, staff, volunteers, community partners and funders participated by providing their experience to ensure the Health Centre is working on the right things, that we capture new ideas and that we work on the right priorities.
