Sanguen Primary Care Bus COVID-19 Assessments for those who are Homeless or Precariously Housed

The Sanguen Primary Care Bus will be in the Kitchener – Waterloo and Cambridge community doing COVID-19 assessments for those who are homeless or precariously housed.

Please find the following schedule as of Thursday, February 18, 2021:

Monday

10 am – 12:30 pm: Trinity Community Table, 12 Blair Road, Cambridge, ON

1-4 pm: 150 Main Street, Cambridge, ON

Tuesday

11 am – 1 pm: The Healing of the Seven Generations, 300 Frederick Street, Kitchener, ON

2-5 pm: Lot 42, 41 Ardelt Place, Kitchener, ON

Wednesday

1-4 pm: 150 Main Street, Cambridge, ON

Thursday

12:30 – 4 pm: Lot 42, 41 Ardelt Place, Kitchener, ON

5:30 – 7 pm: Weber Inn / Sherwood Inn / Fairway Inn, 1455 Weber Street East, Kitchener, ON

7 – 8:30 pm: Ray of Hope Community Centre, 659 King Street East, Kitchener, ON

Friday

The bus DOES NOT run on Friday’s.
