Monday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Tuesday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Wednesday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm – virtual appointments only
Thursday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Please note that we will be closed for Family Day,  February 21, 2022.

Everyone entering the Health Centre will:

    • Be screened for Covid symptoms.
    • Be required to wear a mask and use hand sanitizer to clean their hands.  If you are not able to wear a mask, you will be seen outside.

Clients who are rostered to a Medical Doctor or Nurse Practitioner at the Kitchener Downtown CHC, click here Primary Care

People who use Emergency Shelters, Drop-in Centres for the homeless and precariously housed, and those living in supportive housing, click here

We will be providing all physician and nursing services.

Chiropody and Social Work Services on site starting  Monday, June 1st

Outreach services for our IPC Team are open.  Call 519-745-4404 ext. 202 for the IPC Team’s location.

Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program Services are open for urgent and emergency appointments.

Virtual Groups for Breastfeeding BuddiesWalking GroupFriendly Visits are operating.

Garden Group Development is underway.

 I.D. Clinic identification pickup is open.  Call 519-745-4404 ext. 207 to schedule an appointment to apply for ID.

If you would prefer a phone/video appointment, we will try our best to accommodate you.

When you arrive at the Health Centre please expect:  

1. To be Screened at the Front Door

Your temperature will be taken

Screening questions will be asked

2.  You will be expected to wash your hands.

3. You will be expected to physically distance by staying 2 metres or 6 feet away from the person next to you.

4. At this time we are providing each person that enters the facility with a fresh Level 3 mask to wear while at the Health Centre.
